Here’s a spring update on how we have been supporting the residential housing sector and our local community through energy efficiency, education, and environmental conservation.
West Lothian 🏴
We now cover the West Lothian area. This includes Livingston, Bathgate and beyond. The areas we cover are Edinburgh, Midlothian, East Lothian and West Lothian.
Energy Reports and EPC 🔠
We have been supporting homeowners, landlords, and letting agents with energy reports to help guide their decision-making. Energy reports can identify the most cost-effective and practical measures to achieve a specific energy rating. We have also been assisting clients with EPCs for letting, remortgaging and for applying for grants and 0% interest loans.
Education 🎤
We have visited some of our clients’ offices to deliver presentations on energy efficiency, sharing important updates on energy efficiency regulations in the housing sector and changes to EPCs. We have also spoken at property events and within the public sector to educate on environmental issues.
Environmental Conservation & Supporting and Young People 🌲
As part of our commitment to sustainable communities, we have continued our work with local charities to support young people (12-18 years) across Edinburgh. We use our energy and environmental background to deliver outdoor environmental programmes promoting conservation. The projects include practical conservation tasks and environmental education
